Rate: $65-70/hr

Minimum Required Skills and Experience
· Must possess a minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in web service development in the financial services industry
· Must have a strong background and related work experience with Aqua Logic Service Bus 2.6, Oracle Service Bus 10.3 or higher
· Experience or knowledge of .net web services
· Should have experience with Web Service Security preferably with username token implementation
· Must have work experience with Windows 2003 OS platform
· Experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle database
· Should have the ability to concisely and efficiently consolidate functional requirements into well documented technical solutions / design;
· Must have the technical expertise to structure recommendations for Web Service security;
· Needs the ability to execute development on technical designs and lead other development resources toward associated goals;
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential
· Should have a demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and for solution creation and generation of valued added technical contributions

Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing the technical footprint of Web Service Security associated with Aqua Logic Service Bus (Oracle Service Bus)
· Significant interaction and integration with other application development teams within client
· Working closely with various shared services organizations and Infrastructure areas at client
· Coordinating participants from other areas within client
· Investigation, formulation and configuration of technical solutions
· Design and documentation of technical solutions
· Working and directing off-shore development team members

Description:

The successful candidate will have an extensive background in content management system implementation and integration, with strong experience with Java, JEE and Documentum architecture, development and integration.

- Technical Skills:

Minimum 5 years experience with Documentum with minimum 2 years DCTM 6.x experience, including WDK development, XML, XQuery and XML database development
Minimum 5 years experience in JEE programming experience (Java, JSP), XML & HTML programming.
At least 2 years experience with Windows Adv. Server 2003 and MS SQLServer.
Strong experience with Documentum API and DFC/DFS programming for custom client applications
Strong experience with .Net development and customization of COTS desktop applications such as XMetal
At least 1 year experience with BPM, technical publishing or eLabeling
Minimum 5 years IBM Websphere Application Server, JBOSS or other major application server; and Rational development and design tools
Full project lifecycle development and operations experience
EMC Documentum architecture and design, development, and deployment
Extending the Documentum Object Model and Business Objects Framework
Java and .NET Development using Rational and Visual Studio
Background in software development and content management system implementation, including SOA
Experience in working with Documentum development teams on- and off-shore
Experience in providing guidance and best practices on Documentum to other developers
Ability to work with business user stakeholders to explore and refine requirements
Ability to work with other development teams in a large-scale, fast-paced project environment
Experience with the Documentum Technical Publishing Solution an asset
Experience with Microsoft .Net development & desktop application customization an asset
Experience with implementing XML-based authoring with XML databases an asset
Experience with developing XSL transforms an asset
Experience with Documentum on a Microsoft platform an asset

Experience around large scale systems software maintenance and support methodologies and processes
