Skills :

Front end - HTML, YUI/Javascript library, JSON, AJAX, HTML, Javascript  Servlets layer on Apache Tomcat server  Rules written in JBOSS (Drools)  Web Services - include Apache, SOAP, XML  Oracle shared database  JDBC/Hibernate  BPM experience, especially BPMN and Lombardi are a big plus, but a candidate without these skills, that is strong in the other areas is still ok.
