Job Title : Business Analyst(Brokerage Experience)

Job Description:
Resource will be working on multiple projects that are dependent on
each other.
Solid testing experience (test case documentation and execution),
Ability to lead work efforts of others,drive issues to resolution,
Brokerage experience is not required but would be a significant plus.
Independent, facilitate meetings, manage task plan and deliverables.
Experience in each of the following areas:
Development of project initiation documentation to formulate user
needs and scope of work:
Definition of detailed requirements prioritization of business
requirements to define project scope development and refinement of
business process flows development and execution of user acceptance
test plans
Ability to contribute and provide direction across multiple projects
varying in size and complexity;
experience on medium to large scaled projects over $500k.
Experienced in meeting and group facilitation.
Ability to provide creative solutions to business and system
problems.
Strong client service orientation.
Sharp focus on achieving results;
persists at completing tasks despite challenges.
Well organized; plans activities and consistently follows up.
Previous exposure to a technical environment preferred.
Desktop, browser and single sign on software experience, preferable
ThomsonOne. Finance reporting helpful but not required Strong
leadership and experience in driving requirements, creating test cases
and leading overall test effort.
Previous experience completing a full /new product launch. Ability to
identify, raise and manage risks/issues/questions including proposing
options and driving decisions.
Previous company experience strongly desired. Brokerage Clearing
knowledge strongly desired. Thomson knowledge helpful.

"Develop issue or risk assessment, options for resolution, and
proposed recommendation with strong reasoning.
"Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries.
"Conduct interviews and/or JAD sessions to define, document, and
prioritize business requirements.
"Develop or refine business processes and process flow diagrams.
"Develop User Acceptance Test plan and test conditions, and perform
testing function.
"Contribute to implementation planning and post-implementation
tracking.
"Experience with preparation and analysis of Request For Information/
Request For Proposal processes for vendor or package selection.
"Provide effective communication on project status and progress.
"Develop sustained relationships with internal business and technology
partners.
"3+ years of experience in business analyst experience,demonstrating
progressive leadership
"5 years of experience in financial services industry experience,
with emphasis on Brokerage and banking environment
"2+ years of experience in CMMI (AQMS)/methodology.
Highly Desired Skills:-
"Strong Experience in Normal BA skills
"Experience in Brokerage (trading),
"Experience in understands commission schedules,
"Experience at working knowledge of compensation,
"Experience in equities.
