Job Title: WINDOWS ADMINISTRATOR-L2

Exp: Midlevel Consultant

Location: Pitsburgh, PA

Duration: 6 Months

6 to 8 years (US) Experience in Windows 2000,2003 and 2008 Operating Systems.
Building & trouble shooting of Windows OS, experienced in deployment of servers using HP RDP methodology, building stand alone and SAN boot servers.
Experience in building 2 node clusters (MS cluster).Ability to understand Datacenter Server Design and implement the same.
Knowledge on HP Blade Hardware and VMware.

Responsibilities
Attend Technical Design Meetings
Deploy Windows Servers using HP RDP methodolgy
Installation of infrastructure applications on servers built
Attend design review meetings and ensure design provided adheres customer specific process and procedure.
Build VM server instances in ESX platform.

Ideally, I need a Senior Oracle ASCP/Demantra Techno-Functional resource with experience in System Flow Analysis and Solution Design techniques who has strong business analysis and process mapping skills, understand required integration with other applications - Core Financials, E-commerce, etc. The resource must have multiple ASCP/Demantra implementation experience as well as Oracle Solution Center leadership on at least 1 projects or equivalent. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Build and enhance mission critical intranet applications to support financial services activities.
* Contribute to all phases (SDLC) of the development of new systems and the enhancement and support of existing systems.
* Accurately estimate development time required and completes development within estimate.
* Design, develop with IBM Rational tools, and test browser-based client applications using Apache web server, Websphere Application Server, and J2EE MVC based Java programming in a Sun/Solaris environment.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
* GPA 3.5+ with 4 years B.S degree major in mathematics or computer science.
* Strong hands on Java skills with 5+ successful Java/WebSphere projects delivering security, reliable, efficient software product. Java 2 programming certified by Sun is a plus.
* 3+ years experience in design and development of Internet/intranet, Java applications within a RUP methodology using IBM Rational Tools (Eclipse, WSAD, Rational Application Developer, Requisite Pro, etc.)
* 4+ years experience in design and development of JMS/MQ based application.
* 4+ years development of SQL programs and stored procedures using Oracle. Certificate on SQL programming is a plus.
* 5+ years of development in WebSphere V5, or V6 or Weblogic environment.
* 2+ years of using different design patterns in OO programming
* 3+ years of development using XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, JAXB, SOAP and other XML technologies.
* Familiarity with Windows XP and/or Sun/Solaris system administration.
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
* A good team player, able to agree and meet the deadline, Able to work independently.
