Required skills

- 4+ years experience with HTML Development knowledge, skills and abilities

- Proven expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Accessible Standards – Compliant coding, table-free layouts, and semantic markup.

Recommended skills

- Graphics design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Paint Shop Pro

- Content Management / Editors: Documentum

Minimal Experience

- Unix, J2EE, Servlet / JSP, JDBC

Responsibilities

- Participate in the design, development and testing phases of web projects. Should be able to take visual and HTML designs and develop and/or integrate HTML into Java Server Pages(JSP) and Documentum content templates.

- Provide HTML code to developers based on design provided by the Visual Designer.

- Ability to adhere to design standards established by the Visual Designer

- Design, Develop and test for cross browser compatibility

- Documentation of design specifications

Job Description :

Candidate must have Healthcare experience with Eligibility and Benefits

Sr. RUP Systems Analyst- RUP, Systems Analysis, Healthcare (Medical Clearance and Eligibility and Benefits)

Provide oversight and final review of design specification. Lead effort to identify and evaluate alternative solutions. Understand the enterprise-wide Provider Information Platform applications and ensure compliance of product/system design and operating systems development. Assist project managers with creating project plans. Act as a mentor, providing coaching and guidance to Stage I and Stage II SAs and Quality Testing resources on work related issues. Proactively consult with client and other business and technical staff to resolve business/technical issues and needs. Act as a SME regarding key business functions within product family. Understand interface points of core business/systems and processes. Verify all/most testing at the systems level. Review test results for any system modification. Provide direction on key requirements for test plans. Partner with Business Analyst and other IT staff to ensure the design accomplishes both business and technical requirements.

Job Requirements: Stage III Systems Analysts are experts in the systems, programming languages and tools used in the IT industry. Must have an extensive knowledge of SQL. They understand the requirements gathering methodologies and the Application Development Life Cycle. They have a deep understanding of the organizations core processes and tools, specifically related to the Provider Information Platform utilized. Systems Analysts (SAs) provide comprehensive consultation to technical staff and business unit clients in recommending solutions to business problems. Responsible for the design of systems and their subsystems, utilizing an understanding of available system architecture, tools, capabilities, computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and other technical considerations. SAs prepare detailed system requirements, specifications and documents (e.g., detailed enough so that programs may be written or modified.) They provide consultative services through all phases of the Application Development Life Cycle and they support the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of design decisions.

Experience in Medical Clearance and Eligibility and Benefits are preferred but not required
