Required Skills:

· Laptop and desktop knowledge a must.

· A strong resource who can add value to a process or procedure and the ability to work independently.

· Some lifting and moving of equipment required, carts and hand trucks are available.

· Able to work well with end users.

· Background in desk side support and capable of getting up to speed in a high pressure environment.

Lead Java Front End Web development

Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. The system development involves 2 primary technologies Java and Autonomy Teamsite / Sitepublisher. This lead is over the Java team including interaction with offshore development resources.

Exposure to Content Management and ETL is preferable.
