We are Urgently looking for filling up following position in the US.
Need: Kronos Workforce Consultant
Location – New Jersey, Cupertino, Chicago
Duration: Long Term and Full Time positions are also available.
Job Description: ·
This consultant will be a member of the project team to implement a workforce time capturing and scheduling vendor solution for retail locations. This person will work closely with the project team including the business, IT and vendor consultants on business requirement, analysis, design and testing tasks. Those tasks include the areas of time capturing, forecasting, scheduling, interfaces with retail
systems, and mobile functionality. Once analysis and design are completed, this person will work with the testing team in building out test plans and performing application testing.
Skill: ·
Strong in functional knowledge of Kronos Workforce
Central V6.1 / v6.2 software.
Technical knowledge will be a big plus
Strong in analytical and design skill with good skill in documentation and communication ·
Strong in testing
Methodology with Quality Center tool experience ·
Retail experience will be a plus ·
Knowledge in Peoplesoft HR and Time&Labor will be a plus
