Required:

·         Responsible for supporting mission critical applications that use Oracle technologies.

·         Responsible to create, maintain and monitor database instances in a distributed environment utilizing multiple versions of Oracle Server and SQL Server.  Perform database health checks.  Table and index management.

·         Provide support through daily operations of Oracle and SQL Server Databases.

·         Facilitation of Data movement :  support data migration, database copying, refreshing  development and QA environments upon request.

·         Perform day-to-day troubleshooting of issues related to Oracle client/server technologies.

·         Install and upgrade Oracle Server, SQL*Net, Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control and other related application tools.

·         Support the implementation of Information Services approved projects.

·         Support application upgrades and enhancements.

·         Provide secondary emergency support (nights, weekends) on a scheduled rotation.

·         Provide vacation coverage for CSL Behring staff.

·         Must have strong English language skills, verbal and written.

·         Technical: Oracle 8, 9, 10, 11, RAC, RMAN, PLSQL.  SQL Server 2005, 2010.  HP-UX 11.23, 11.31. Linux Redhat 5, 6. Windows 2003,2008.
