1. CW Developer (.NET / Sharepoint) (22596)

 

Start Asap.Software Engineer (.Net / Sharepoint) you will:

Be responsible for coding and debugging applications and services for the Enterprise Service development team. He/she helps design and maintains software applications. Software Engineer, Jr. will interface with analysts and customers to help gather user requests for different features to improve speed, performance and usability. He/she will conduct system tests, troubleshoot customer issues and correct software defects. Other duties include creating customer software manuals and project documentation, and developing prototypes for new software technologies

Qualifications: 

  • 3 – 5 years' experience as a software engineer
  • Sharepoint experience
  • 2 years' experience using the .Net framework and 1 years' experience developing software for mobile devices or internet web applications and portals
  • Familiar with performance architecture, tuning and debugging distributed systems.
  • Experience with Open Source Development
  • Demonstrated success as software engineer
  • Project Management –  familiar with project management principles
  • Demonstrated continued knowledge acquisition of emerging technologies

 2. CW Business Systems Analyst (TAX) (22746)

·  Develops system processing flows

·  Translates business requirements to system requirements

·  Develops design documents

·  Performs system testing

·  Participates in generation of training materials

·  Provides expertise and specific technical input to projects

·  Actively coordinate with Business users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally to analyze business needs, gather and document business and system requirements

·  Apply UML principles and techniques to create Use Case Diagrams, Use Cases and Activity diagrams for effective software implementation.

·  Analyze business process, database and programming requirements of company to plan, develop, design, test and implement software programs for applications

·  Assist in design, program and implement software application packages customized to meet specific company needs

·  Review existing system architecture to determine compatibility with projected or identified company needs; research and select appropriate system, including ensuring forward compatibility of existing systems.

·  Train end users on use of software applications and computer systems developed; provide trouble shooting and debugging support

·  Testing and implementing the system to provide analytical support to monitor operation of assigned application system. Required to support the project team by participating in enhancements and develop accurate documentation that complies with the company standards

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel; Powerpoint; Access) Lotus Notes
  • Trained and experience using BPMN and UML techniques
  • Project Management Experience
  • Automotive Finance Industry Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Automotive related tax rules and procedures

Preferred

  • BSA Certification
  • 1-2 years big 5 consulting experience
  • Undergraduate degree in information systems, graduate degree in business, accounting education or experience)
  • TFS relevant legal application exposure: Shaw retail/loan system, LeMans Lease System, Vertex, PeopleSoft Finance, Documentum, Siebel CRM eAutomotive, COBOL, AS400, SAP

 

3. CW Data Analyst (99T825) (23096)

 PE Reporting Analyst Job Tasks / Deliverables 

Analyst will work weekly to extract, execute data entry, and conduct analysis of data from our NICE call monitoring application.  Analysis includes trend analysis on data for phone based compliance and soft skills associated with Call Center resources.  Additionally analyst will work with Call Miner and support our call / speech analytics reporting and trend analysis needs.  Experience with analysis of data associated with NICE screen and voice data is required.  Experience with Speech Analytics or Call Analytics applications is required.  

Data is extracted from our NICE PERFORM v 3.1 application for Call Quality Assurance Forms.  Forms are completed in our online call monitoring application (NICE Perform) on a daily basis. The reporting analyst will be responsible for accessing NICE, exporting data from NICE and creating reports / graphs and pivot tables in MS Excel.   

Current Deliverables:

  • Monthly CQS (Call Center Call Quality Scores) PE reports on LOB performance trends for compliance on evaluated call center agent calls.

 Level 3 Coaching Skill Reports 

  • Bi-weekly skill development reports for Collections, Customer Service, and Customer Loyalty.
  • Retail Retention weekly skill development trending report for TLs
  • CS weekly skill development trending report for TLs on Customer Service soft skill development 

Other Deliverables:

  • Training Development Productivity Reporting-
  • Quality Assurance Productivity Reporting
  • Monthly productivity analysis on PE analysts task allocations

 

·  Expert MS Excel- Graphics, Pivot Tables , Formulas

·  Expert level NICE application – Call Monitoring / Quality Assurance Analytics

·  Expert level MS Access database

·  Meta data trend analysis for call analytics / speech analytics data.

·  Extraction of raw data from NICE and creation of customized queries to populate reporting templates

·  Expert Analysis skills in data extraction, compilation,  reporting and performance trending

·  Recent and relevant quality assurance reporting on Call Center data.  Preferably related to financial services call centers support.

·  Recent and relevant reporting skills on data associated with Performance Metrics and KPIs. 

·  Strong communication and analytical skills.  Ability to communicate effectively with resources in field locations across the country. 

 Desired Skills:

  • Data analysis with Call Miner or other speech/call analytics application 
  • Mini-Tab
  • VBA reporting code
  • SAS or other statistical analysis tools and analysis skills
  • Business Objects
