Title: OTM Functional Consultant
Location:  Greenville, NC
Duration: 3 Months

OTM Functional Resources Basic Qualifications – Functional

1) OTM 6.1 / 5.5 experienced resource, minimum 3 years and 2 full life-cycle implementation.
2) OTM experience required in Inbound / Outbound planning, Fleet  Management, Track and Trace, Parcel rate management, Payment and Claims, Shipment, Service Providers, Rating, Tracking and Invoices
3) Should have understanding of all transportation moves, including inbound and outbound, from simple point-to-point to complex multi-modal, multi-leg and cross-docking operations
4) Experience required in Domain and User management
5) OTM and Oracle E-Business integration experience required. Oracle Supply Chain experience, with a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation.

Preferred Skills: *The candidate should have excellent client facing skills and will need to work with clients for the following types of activities:
Business process design,
conducting configuration workshops,
GAP Analysis,
RICE identification,
Functional Design,
Test Planning and
Test Execution.

Other Requirements
1) Facilitation experience for conducting design and review sessions
2) Must be able to work independently with the customer and coordinate with the offshore team for delivery
3) Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
4) Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
5) Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal
6) Functional understanding of OTM and its Module as well as Order
