Required skills: PRPC certification on ver 5.x Relevant Experience: 7+ Years of IT; 4+ as Pega Development/support experience Must Have: - Demonstrate experience and expertise in Pega - Ability to create solutions and defend them through excellent verbal and written communications - Must be able to define and play an active role in Development/ Implementation Process - Experience with and ability to scale-up through global/offshore team - Ability to mentor and lead team of junior Pega developers/ system architects

 

Nice to have skills: - Practical experience on Pega Agile/ Iterative method desired - Experience in the Banking/ Financial Services industry
