Acts as a liaison between business area and technical organization by planning and conducting the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. § Previous experience (5+ years) in a business or systems analysis role; proven experience with requirements modeling tools (Rational ReqPro, Rose, ClearCase). § Ability to author detailed business requirements and functional requirements documents using a variety of structured techniques (e.g., business rules, decision tables, UML modeling). Experience writing Use Case Specifications § Ability to plan and facilitate requirements gatherings sessions JAD sessions § Excellent oral and written communication skills. § Strong organizational and time management skills. § Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. § Experience with complex process analysis and technical implementations of automated systems changes. § Experience communicating to both business and technical teams the key deliverables including proactive consulting and recommendations with the business partners, application architecture and development to provide a holistic solution. § Ability to manage multiple and concurrent sets of complex requirements with aggressive time lines.
