Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	Overall 6+ years of experience with 4+ years of exp as SharePoint developer/Technical Lead.
Necessary Skills	:	Minimum 4+ years of experience in SharePoint (2007/2010). Overall 6+ year exp. Knowledge of Visual Studio (2008, 2010) SharePoint Designer (2007, 2010). SQL Server 2008,  Windows 2008 R2, C#.Net 2.0 Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills		SharePoint 2010 Management Shell XSLT, JQuery, AJAX and Core JavaScript Content Management and Portal experience
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Interaction with customer to gather/clarify requirements Hands on experience in Development work and interaction with offshore team in an onsite-offshore model. Experience in Portal designing.
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Able to plan/track tasks/activities
Education	:	Bachelor degree
