Explanation for Position: Conduct project compliance of application teams validating application team level performance for requirements definition, identifying areas for improvement, developing specific action plans, and identifying BA improvement opportunities.

 

Details of Position:

Assess the requirements process through artifact reviews and project team interviews;

Conduct a quality and process assessment of the business and functional requirements based on guidelines in the requirements development methodology supported by a detailed checklist;

Evaluate requirements against quality measures; Provide written and verbal findings of analysis and recommendations back to the project team to drive enhancement of the requirements process and quality going forward. Management Skills: Advanced technical knowledge of system analysis; excellent oral and written communication skills; good presentation skills, planning, organizing, decision making, problem solving, people relationship, initiative, team building, project management, technical writing; Currently practicing business analysis; Demonstrates advanced knowledge with performance in BA role; Strong knowledge of requirements development methodology; Knowledge of requirements management tools; Knowledgeable with iRise software
