Job description:

 

Should have a minimum of 10 - 14 years in IT with leading organization (preferably Big 4 consulting) • Should have sound knowledge in SAP Solutions in more than 3 areas of PA,OM,Benefits,T&E,ESS&MSS,Recruitment and Payroll and should be able to integrate them to customer needs • Should have Implementation experience in atleast 2 region ( US&Cananda, Europe, LATAM, APAC) • Should have experience in leading workshops, business users group during requirement capture phase, understanding of AS-IS Processes and defining TO-BE business processes • Should have good understanding of Industry Trends, and should be able to design future & foolproof solution involving multiple applications • Should have good understanding of the Industry Best practice and should be able to align customer practices with best in class industry processes • Should have good experience of all the key HR Process • SAP solution architects should be able to assess client's needs and propose solutions, and should project a confident and capable corporate presence. • Should have at least six to eight large end to end project implementation experience out of which at least four should be large business transformation projects involving business change management • Should have good foundation in IT Project methodologies Desired • Functional Consultant Certification from product vendor for e.g. SAP Certification • Should be able to interact with CXO level team i.e. CIO, CEO, CSO etc.
