Position:Business Analyst with Personal lines insurance
Location:Marietta, GA
Duration:9+months
Description:
9 months to a year project maybe longer. maintaining policy management systems issues. Working with business units to resolve break/fix, rates changes, underwriting and policy related applications issues.
Applications here are personal lines property, home owner policies issued nationwide. They are not seeking claims experience but POLICY experience.
B/A is expected to act proactively to drive issues and process forward. Work attentatively with the business to assist with and resolve matters around policy. Communicate with support S/W developers for added or changed functionality/features and coordinate with QA for delivery.

Requirements:
Personal lines insurance experience is a must, prefer 2+ years current, preferably Home Owners Insurance policy support.
Excellent communication skills, written and orally.
Proven track record of driving support processes through to resolve.
