I need a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator with experience upgrading PeopleSoft version  9.0 to 9.1, and to help support significant customization efforts. The resource must have great communication skills and must be semi local to Washington DC.  This resource MUST have expereince with PeopleSoft full application upgrade from 9-9.1.
