DURATION:18 MONTHS

 

Must-haves

- 6-8 years of related IT work experience preferably in the health insurance industry
- Demonstrated experience in a key role in major company initiatives and demonstrated leadership experience
- Requires knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation methodologies
- Requires excellence in structured query languages, or analysis techniques
- Requires strong ability to apply structure to loosely defined complex problems
- Demonstrates understanding of core business functions

Skills:

Commerce and Storefront implementation experience
- Consumer Sales Portal experience
- Sales and Sales leads implementation experience
- Sales process experience
- Experience in Business Analytics as related to sales, marketing and leads management
- Requires skillful project execution experience and knowledge
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Day-to-Day

1. Acts as a liaison between IT, Sales and the clients to define and develop Business and technical requirements related to the implementation of new microsites for large and national accounts.
2. Coordinates the development, testing and delivery of new microsites and redesign of existing microsites.
3. Communicates system enhancement and changes to the business.
4. Works with the EBusiness team and Sales Managers to identify, test and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes through the use of new technology.
5. Accompanies the Sales Managers on off-site Sales presentations to showcase our Online Services and web capabilities.
6. Acts as a liaison between IT and Product Implementation to define and develop the Business and technical requirements related to the implementation of end-to-end online consumerism experience.
7. Acts as the lead Business Systems Analyst for the implementat! ion of online Commerce Storefronts for sales and marketing.
8. Supports the implementation of online Healthcare Insurance Exchanges required under Healthcare Reform.
